Dear Bill-

We found the perfect solution to the triplet stroller dilemma, and I earned the nickname McGyver in the process. We found a folding side by side twin stroller with a sturdy metal basket. Then we purchased a backpack made by even-flo called a hike and roll. It has an aluminum frame and wheels. These wheels set down snugly into the metal basket of the twin stroller. We now have a LESS THAN 35 lb, readily folding (you don't have to remove the backpack to fold the double) and portable in the trunk of a volkswagon (though we prefer the volvo wagon), less than $300 stroller! Moreover, it divides for when mom and dad are out together.
